Well there goes the only reason I play FA/JQ
Please explain how this is a bad thing? The only thing I can think of, is a higher number of leechers - and if the weekend ends up being an afk event, hopefully Anet will finally take notice and do something about it.

PvP characters have no inherit advantages over PvE characters in the actual match. Now players can try out effective FA/JQ builds like bonders and eoe bombers without having to play through 75% of the PvE campaign first.

I'm hoping the PvP Char access will liven the ol' girl up so I too may see the inside of the map for the first time.

With that, Aspenwood and JQ just became actual PvP.

Woot.

I like Fort Aspenwood because it has the part of PvE I like (the relaxed feel) without the part of PvE I don't like (the dumb-as-bricks AI). My prediction is that the general attitude will change a lot when people from RA and HA start hanging out there more. Then again maybe (hopefully) I'm wrong and it'll still have the nice and relaxed feel, but I don't think it will.

i know what you mean, but the upside is, at least me, we can try new builds, i have unlocked allmost all ele skills and i would like to try and air spiker there, but my pve ele doesnt has many air skills, and im not wasting 8k or more buying her the skills, she is nicely fitted for fire magic though.

also, just uncheck the local/team chats and do what you always do, i just won a match where we had no amber runners, no communication, but everyone seemed to know what to do, was a nice battle.

Problem is talking to players in and between games is half the fun. Trying new builds will be great though, Ritual lord + EoE is getting kind of boring.

1)although i have always thought you to be an a.net forum spy, incase your not.don't forget to brush your teeth after you take your tongue out of a.nets rear.

2)well i was gonna say i hope you find somebody else to annoy soon.but i know you already have many people here already.

cya mate .
I'm surprised that more people didn't call DJ Josh out on his very rude comments to Lovitar. There is no reason to say such things when we're just chatting about a computer game. Lets all be civil to each other.

As for the special weekends, I like them. They give you neat little things to look forward too. As for pvp players at aspenwood/JQ it will really be kinda nice. These two missions are creative and fun and having pvp players there will hopefully increase their life span. Nightfall will mean less Faction pve players but with pvp players always having the two areas as choices to go to we should be able to fight for amber for a long time

took a while but thanks anet. i see they listened to the communities ideas surrounding allowing pvp characters to join in fa and jq. and the complaints that jq and fa were often under populated.

i really hate to kiss anets ass (it did take a long while for this to happen) but you guys make it hard to not defend them when you complain about getting what everyone wanted.

Probably because the writing style is conducive to headaches - so I for one just skipped over it.
